John Maxwell calls it hesitation, I call it Time Out, that pause we take, to translate learnings into insight, the pause we take to let the Power that lies within us, to emerge!!!

  1. I call it time out too. Time to regroup and let the light shine through. Sometimes we go on and burnout. Time out is important. Go to the beach let the movement of the waves move your inner being. Enjoy nature take time smell the roses.
